Return Policy

Returns

All returns will be accepted within 30 days for any unworn or defective items for a full refund. Any items that have been worn or altered cannot be returned. Any unworn items returned after the return period will be store credit only.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you still have not received your refund 3-5 business days after the return confirmation, please contact us at info@golfish.com.

Exchanges

You may exchange merchandise within 30 days of purchase if it is defective or damaged with no additional shipping charge. To exchange for a different size or color a $7.95 shipping charge will apply.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You may either ship your return using the carrier of your choice or request a prepaid return shipping label for a $7.95 fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you choose to use our return shipping label, the $7.95 fee will be deducted from your refund.

For exchanges, delivery times may vary depending on your location.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning your item. Golfish is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
